“The common areas have been completed by Persimmon for Parcel H2. The plan showing the factored areas is located within the useful documents tab. All owners now have the opportunity to raise any concerns that you may have with the standard of completion of the common areas; as outlined in the handover process note. A more detailed plan is available on request – the files all exceed the file size to be stored on RMG Living or to email but we can make them available using online file transfer to anyone who wishes a copy. The maintenance of the common land will begin with a pre-contract visit in March then the annual contract running from 1st April 2015 with the first visit due no later than 14th April. To raise a concern or query, or to get copies of the detailed plans, then please contact us is writing by email or through RMG Living.”
