RMG have advised that they will be holding a further drop in surgery for Dargavel Residents on 25 March at 3pm in Lorimers.

They advise that these surgeries are intended to provide an opportunity to meet your appointed Property Manager in person to discuss matters relating to your development. The surgery will take place from 3.00 pm until 5.00 pm on Monday 25th March. They envisage allocated time slots of 15 minutes per customer to restrict waiting times, and availability will be on a first come first served basis.

Should the Drop-In Surgeries become popular, they will look to increase frequency / duration in due course.  Gordon Howie, the Property Manager for Dargavel, will be at Lorimers Bar & Restaurant 70 Greenock Road, Bishopton, PA7 5JB from 3.00pm to 5.00pm.

ANNOUNCEMENT ISSUED TODAY TO DARGAVEL HOMEOWNERS BY RMG

Received via RMG Living portal

Dear Homeowners

As part of our continuing efforts to improve communication channels between RMG Scotland and homeowners at Dargavel Village, we are launching a series of Drop – In Surgeries.

These surgeries are intended to provide an opportunity to meet your appointed Property Manager in person to discuss matters relating to your development. The second of these surgeries will take place at 3.00 pm until 5.00 pm on Monday 19th of November.

We envisage allocated time slots of 15 minutes per customer to restrict waiting times, and availability will be on a first come first served basis. Should we find our Drop-In Surgery’s become popular, we will look to increase frequency / duration in due course.

I will be at Lorimers Bar & Restaurant 70 Greenock Road, Bishopton, PA7 5JB from 3.00pm to 5.00pm with RMG Scotland signage displayed on my table and look forward to meeting with you.

Please note that these drop-in surgeries are offered in addition to evening meetings RMG Scotland already attend, and appointments that are arranged with Homeowners directly on request.

Details of the drop-in surgery have also been made available on Twitter @RMGScotland.

Kind Regards

Gordon Howie
Property Manager
Dargavel Village.

We take this opportunity to remind owners who have reserved a seat at the residents meeting this evening at Ingliston Country Club that the agenda and additional information provided by BAE are in the useful documents tab on RMG Living. We would reiterate that owners who have not had an email to confirm their attendance or who have not yet been contacted by us are unable to attend on this occasion as all 60 seats have been allocated. If you have any queries in this regard then please contact us as soon as possible. Many of you will already be aware that a group of residents has formed to start putting together a residents committee and toward the end of the meeting they make a brief introduction about what they aim to achieve and garner some support to move forward with. If anyone would like more detail on the committee then contact us and we can pass your details to the committee.

The common areas have been completed by Persimmon for Parcel H2. The plan showing the factored areas is located within the useful documents tab. All owners now have the opportunity to raise any concerns that you may have with the standard of completion of the common areas; as outlined in the handover process note. A more detailed plan is available on request – the files all exceed the file size to be stored on RMG Living or to email but we can make them available using online file transfer to anyone who wishes a copy. The maintenance of the common land will begin with a pre-contract visit in March then the annual contract running from 1st April 2015 with the first visit due no later than 14th April. To raise a concern or query, or to get copies of the detailed plans, then please contact us is writing by email or through RMG Living.
