Hi Mr Gledhill,
After the meeting I checked the Deed and subsequently contacted BAE on the pump stations. They are now unlikely to propose them as I have noted the intention to reject them –actually, they did not put up a fight so I suspect they knew they were chancing their arm.
- I was made aware of the drainage issues and spring by the girls in the sales office (TW) who I keep up to date so that new owners get pertinent information; and vice versa. We will ensure this is included in the snagging of the area when it is proposed.
- I will find out and come back to you on these points.
It is great to have the updated plan from BAE, it is just unfortunate that it did not come a week, or even a day before to allow me time to work through it prior to the meeting.
