We take this opportunity to remind owners who have reserved a seat at the residents meeting this evening at Ingliston Country Club that the agenda and additional information provided by BAE are in the useful documents tab on RMG Living.

[see post: RMG Living: Residents Meeting Tonight for the agenda referenced]

We would reiterate that owners who have not had an email to confirm their attendance or who have not yet been contacted by us are unable to attend on this occasion as all 60 seats have been allocated.  If you have any queries in this regard then please contact us as soon as possible.

Many of you will already be aware that a group of residents has formed to start putting together a residents committee and toward the end of the meeting they make a brief introduction about what they aim to achieve and garner some support to move forward with.  If anyone would like more detail on the committee then contact us and we can pass your details to the committee.

Kind Regards,
Richard Orr

This information was received from BAE by RMG on 23 February 2015 and discussed in the RMG Residents Meeting on 24 February 2015.  It details the revised schedule of handing over key areas of the common ground to the co-proprietors (residents) and hence the factor; many dates have been delayed by at least 12 months.  The first document is the quarterly schedule and the second document shows where each feature lies on the estate.

The common areas have been completed by Persimmon for Parcel H2.

The plan showing the factored areas is located within the useful documents tab.

All owners now have the opportunity to raise any concerns that you may have with the standard of completion of the common areas; as outlined in the handover process note.

A more detailed plan is available on request – the files all exceed the file size to be stored on RMG Living or to email but we can make them available using online file transfer to anyone who wishes a copy.

The maintenance of the common land will begin with a pre-contract visit in March then the annual contract running from 1st April 2015 with the first visit due no later than 14th April.

To raise a concern or query, or to get copies of the detailed plans, then please contact us is writing by email or through RMG Living.

Kind Regards,
Richard Orr
