Hi Richard
We hope you had a fantastic Christmas leave and I wish to thank you for your services last year.
Representatives from each of the Dargavel building packages have recently met to discuss the management of our village.  Due to a number of areas of concern that have come to light within the past few months, we believe that by having a formed body of village representatives we would be better placed to highlight what we believe to be our development and village requirements.
Could I please request you read and action the points detailed in the attached meeting minutes.  In addition we feel that it would be beneficial for you to hold another meeting to include all of the building parcel representatives and those who express interest to attend (depending on the numbers that come to fruition).
Please let us know your initial thoughts of the information we have provided and if you require any further detail.
Regards
Mrs Kelly Tait

We would like to invite all owners along to a Christmas event happening this Thursday Evening (11th December) at 6:30pm.

We will be offering festive cheer in the form of mulled wine, mince pies and Christmas Log as well as the turning on of the Christmas Tree lights.

We had hoped to arrange local carol singers but have instead had t arrange some other form of entertainment that we hope won\’t leave you too Frozen on the night.

Kind Regards,
Richard Orr
