The Dargavel development is currently factored by RMG who were appointed by BAE Systems to manage the wider estate and also by the individual developers in respect of each development parcel. Residents are currently required to pay fees annually (with monthly direct debit options) to cover maintenance works such as grass cutting, weed control, play park inspection/repairs, etc along with general management of the development.
RMG provide a portal where residents can :

- Make payments
- Report faults/issues
- View announcements (work being undertaken, issues identified, etc)
